Flora Sergei Vasilievich- head of organization, member of All-Ukraine Roma people Federation. Organization founded in 2006 with non-profit status according to the Ukraine legislation. Organization structure consists of Council of Board and revision committee. Common meetings of the organization gives recommendations regarding general activities and programs for the future.

«Nevo Drom» aims to activate cultural, educational, medical, human rights and mercy programs on the territory of Belgorod-Dnestrovsky (Bessarabia). Main activities are the subject to close contacts with youth and kids. The main tasks are : to promote further development of Roma people culture, to promote and to protect national Roma people self-awareness, common historical and cultural ties bw Roma and Ukrainian peoples, smooth Roma people integration into international community.

Among programs realized it is important to represent educational and cultural activities. Organization pays much attention to education throu Roma people kids. Due to this last year Fond of Rebirth for Roma people kids presented two student scholaships from our region. Plans are to present other 7 scholarships.

The feast of International Roma people Day was greatly successful and demanded a lot of warm words on behalf of City Counsil authorities and Roma people themselves. Next step on the way of programs realization is to create in the libraries of the town Roma people cultural exhibition. Realized recently PhotoVoice program under the help of Black Sea Trust opened a new page in the history of Roma people in our town.
